Working with team members who come from various backgrounds to achieve one common goal was a great experience that will help me throughout the future as I pursue my career. By participating in the mixed-team, I learned many essential elements of cross-cultural communication, such as conveying your thoughts clearly without hesitation and never giving up on completely understanding others’ thoughts.
