NASA International Space Apps Challenge (ISAC) Global finalists have been announced on 5/4.
Global finalists are selected top 5 teams for each 5 categories(Most Inspirational, Galactic Impact, Best Use of Hardware, Best Use of Data and Best Mission Concept), so total only 25 teams are selected among top 2 projects from 135 locations = 270 projects.
We are proud to announce that team ASTROM3D has been nominated in the ‘best use of hardware’ category!! This is a Boston/Japan mix team. We are glad a mix team has made it to the finals this year again. Congratulation team!
Top 5 teams (1 winner from each category) will be announced next week and winners will be invited to the next launch. Fingers crossed!!

NASA International Space Apps Challenge (ISAC)のグローバルファイナリストが5/4に発表されました。グローバルファイナリストに選ばれるのは、参加135ヶ所からノミネートされた上位2チーム、合計270プロジェクトの中から、Most Inspirational, Galactic Impact, Best Use of Hardware, Best Use of Data , Best Mission Conceptの5カテゴリーにつきそれぞれ5チームの合計25チームという狭き門です。
ボストンから提出されたチームASTROM3Dが、見事にこの狭き門を勝ち残りBest Use of Hardwareのファイナリストに選ばれました！ 去年に引き続き、ミックスチームのファイナリスト入りとなりました。コラボレーションの素晴らしい快挙です。
各カテゴリーのトップ5チームは来週アナウンスされます。トップチームは、次のスペースシャトル打ち上げの見学に招待されます。 Fingers crossed!!
